Our club collects eye glasses and hearing aids. Your unwanted eye glasses will help someone see better. As a Lions project we are dedicated to bringing basic eye care and eyeglasses to a world of people in need. We also participate in local community projects.

We are the Danville Lions Club. We welcome visitors and speakers to our regular club meeting. Feel free to drop by and see what the busiest organization in the area is doing next.

Worldwide, Lions clubs are recognized for their service to the blind and visually impaired.  Lions also collect and recycle eyeglasses for distribution in developing countries.

In addition, Lions make a strong commitment to young people through youth outreach programs.  Lions also work to improve the environment, build homes for the disabled, support diabetes education, conduct hearing programs and, through their foundation, provide disaster relief around the world.
